Key Cutting

Chi-tech offers a 5 day a week key cutting service to your door. The hours are 8am till 5pm Monday to Friday, all requests of a non urgent nature will be booked to coincide with other work in your area.

If an urgent visit is required in or out of office hours due to lost keys or locked out for any other reason a call out charge will be charged and will be added to the bill, Any call out fee will be stated when the booking is taken.

A get you in service can be provided, please ask when booking the call.

All cylinder keys will be charged at :-

1-2 keys £ 6.00 per key

3 or more £ 5.00 per key

Keys that fall into the category of cylinder keys are normal house keys similar to the pictures below, most of the padlock keys will also be cylinder keys but there are also some mortice keys. If you have any doubt please look at the pictures below and compare the key you need.

All mortice keys will be charged at :-

1-2 keys £ 8.00 per key

3 or more £ 7.00 per key

Keys that fall into the category of mortice keys are normal house back door or shed keys similar to the pictures below, most of the padlock keys will be cylinder keys but there are also mortice keys for the padlocks. If you have any doubt please look at the picture

The discount of -£1 per key for 3+ will also apply for 3+ cylinder keys same or different cuts.

The discount of -£1 per key for 3+ will also apply for 3+ mortice keys same or different cuts.

The discount of -£1 per key for 3+ will also apply for 3+ mortice and cylinder keys mixture.

Padlocks. I have a full range of padlocks, all are very good quality at reasonable prices.
